Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position our company as a trusted IT services and consultancy partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our IT consultancy and managed services.
* Create and manage lead generation campaigns targeting businesses across multiple industries.
* Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
* Develop compelling content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, client success stories, and service brochures.
* Promote key service offerings, including: Custom IT Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, Technology Infrastructure Management.
* Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and improve lead conversion.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
* Manage the company brand and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
* Organize webinars, networking events, and industry-focused campaigns.
* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
* Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
