Job Title: Early Years Educator Level 2-3

Essential Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
Experience: Proven experience leading teams or rooms in an early years setting, and experience acting as a key person supporting families.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with the ability to adapt it innovatively, plus experience conducting dynamic risk assessments.
Ethos: A strong passion for sustainability, outdoor learning, and a deep respect for nature.
The Role
We are seeking an imaginative and dedicated Early Years Educator to thrive in our eco-focused, child-led environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering meaningful learning experiences that bring our sustainable ethos to life.
Supporting children’s development in a safe, nurturing, and natural setting (including trips to the beach, parks, and our kitchen garden).
Acting as a key person to provide outstanding care and engaging effectively with families.
Promoting hands-on environmental stewardship through activities like composting and caring for animals.
