Warehouse Supervisor – Plymouth
£33,000 per annum (£14.93 per hour)
Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 16:30 | 42.5 Hours Per Week
Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and well-established operation based in Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading from the front, managing warehouse operations efficiently and supporting a team to deliver high standards of service and productivity.
The Opportunity
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse and transport operation, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for supervising warehouse operatives and drivers, supporting team performance and ensuring operational targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and supporting a team of warehouse operatives and drivers
Overseeing daily warehouse operations
Conducting driver debriefs and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Monitoring team performance and providing guidance where required
Maintaining health and safety standards across the warehouse
Supporting warehouse activities during busy periods
Providing driver cover during sickness and annual leave when required
Working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Minimum of 12 months' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role
Experience managing warehouse teams and drivers
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
Good understanding of warehouse operations, transport procedures and health & safety requirements
