Head Chef required in Central London
Permanent Position | £60,000 per annum + Service Charge

We are recruiting on behalf of an established casino in the heart of Central London, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a professional kitchen and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading, developing and inspiring a kitchen team.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency, managing kitchen staff and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety and service.
You will take ownership of menu execution, stock control, food cost management and team development while delivering authentic and high-quality Arabic and Lebanese dishes.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and Lebanese cuisine is essential
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Flexible approach to working hours and business needs
Working Hours
• Morning and afternoon shifts
• Weekend work required
• Flexibility is essential to meet operational demands
