Are you a caring, reliable person with a good sense of humour? Do you enjoy helping others live independently while building a genuine working relationship? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
A friendly woman living in the North of Glasgow (G22) is looking for an easy-going and dependable Personal Assistant to support her in her day-to-day life. She is an intermittent wheelchair user and is seeking someone who can provide practical support at home while also bringing warmth, companionship, and a positive attitude to the role.
About the Role
This role will ideally start from the 13/08/2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Assisting with light domestic duties around the home
• Helping care for a small dog, including occasional walks
• Providing support to attend hospital appointments
• Offering occasional physical assistance, such as helping with wheelchair transfers or lifting items on days when fatigue or dizziness are more challenging
About You
The ideal PA will be:
• Kind, respectful, and trustworthy
• Comfortable providing practical physical support when needed
• A confident driver with a full clean driving licence
• Someone with a relaxed personality and a good sense of humour
• Friendly and happy to engage in everyday conversation and “Glaswegian banter”
• Passionate about music or interested in the music industry would be a bonus!
Hours & Pay
• 26 hours per week
• £13.60 per hour
• Monday to Friday shifts
• Typical start time around 9:30am – 10:00am
• Usually 5-hour shifts, with one flexible 6-hour day depending on need
Location
As the role is based in North Glasgow (G22), applicants living nearby are preferred to support reliable travel to and from work.
