Are you a commercially driven manager with a track record of growing revenue and leading successful operations? We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to lead and develop our Students’ Union commercial services.

This is a hands-on role where you will grow income, manage venues, and deliver activity that drives engagement and sales—including events, promotions, and partnerships.

The Role

You Will:

Lead day-to-day operations of SU bars and commercial outlets.
Drive income growth and financial performance.
Develop new revenue streams (partnerships, sponsorships, merchandise)
Deliver events and promotions that increase footfall and sales.
Manage budgets, performance, and compliance.
Lead and develop student and casual staff.


About You

Experience in commercial operations (hospitality, retail, or similar)
Strong track record of growing revenue and hitting targets.
Experience delivering income-generating activity (events, promotions, or campaigns)
Strong financial, organisational, and leadership skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
