About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver to join our team. The role involves delivering goods across Scotland and the North of England, following planned routes with multiple delivery points.This is a physically demanding role with early morning starts, and it includes regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
Key responsibilities
Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a safe and timely manner
Load and unload goods at delivery locations
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately
Provide good customer service to clients
Complete delivery paperwork and comply with transport regulations
Essential requirements
Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Digital tachograph card
Able to meet vehicle insurance requirements
Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling duties
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Area covering Scotland and the North of England.
Desirable (not essential)
Forklift licence
Probationary period
This role is subject to a probationary period. Continued employment will be confirmed upon successful completion of this period.
