Sheet Metal Fabrication Operator (2 Positions)
Location: Bishops Stortford
Pay: £17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are recruiting for 2 Sheet Metal Fabrication Operators to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality components to aerospace standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate fabrication machinery including guillotines, bandsaws and presses
Manufacture and assemble parts from engineering drawings
Measure and inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
Work as part of a team to meet production schedules
Requirements
Previous manufacturing experience (aerospace or automotive preferred)
Experience operating fabrication machinery
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
