We are seeking an organised, customer-focused and detail-oriented Programme Operations Coordinator to assist the delivery of programme administration, assessment processes and student record management across the University. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a positive impact on the student experience.

Working closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams, you will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate student records, and help deliver an excellent service to students throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining accurate student, module, and programme information within the student records system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with University regulations.
Supporting the planning and delivery of key academic activities throughout the student lifecycle, including module diets, module selection, timetabling, assessments, progression and awards.
Coordination of assessment-related activities, including coursework administration, examination paper arrangements, assessment boards, and the processing of results and awards.
Coordination and administration of committee governance processes, including meeting planning, agenda and paper management, minute-taking, action monitoring, and ensuring compliance with University regulations and record-keeping requirements.

Responding professionally and efficiently to enquiries from students, academic staff, and professional services colleagues, delivering excellent customer service.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University to ensure the smooth operation of academic programmes and a positive student experience.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring services remain efficient, effective, and student-focused.
Participating in key University activities and events, including Welcome Week, enrolment, re-enrolment, and graduation ceremonies
You will have proven experience in administrative roles within stakeholder-focused environments. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye of detail are essential, along with the ability to meet multiple deadlines effectively. Knowledge of Tribal SITS or similar student record systems and experience working within a programme administration function in higher education would be desirable. You will be confident handling a range of enquiries and committed to delivering excellent service in a diverse university environment.
