What you’ll do
• Lead support planning and coordinate case work to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with tasks like budgeting, benefit claims and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on to more independent housing

You have
• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
• Understand the issues of homelessness and the challenges people face.

The practical bits
• Our supported accommodation is in Guildford, and this is a service based role.
• You will manage own diary.
• You will work from an office base at our Guildford hostel but your customer group will be living in our 4 dispersed houses close by, preparing to move on.
• Although you will lone work, you will be part of the team with the hostel colleagues.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
• A vehicle is not required but can be useful. You will need to be insured for business use and have a full licence, we’ll pay for any business mileage
