Available Roles & Core Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for multiple positions
1. Mechanical Engineers
You will be the backbone of our equipment reliability and automation systems reporting directly to the Engineering Manager
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to increase line efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from concept validation through to commissioning.
2. Injection & Blow Moulding Engineers
You will own the plastics manufacturing process, ensuring our tooling and moulding parameters deliver flawless precision.
• Set up, program, and optimize technical parameters for injection and/or blow moulding machinery such as Arburg, Fanuc and Sepro.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI) by trialing new tooling, troubleshooting defects (warpage, flashing, sink marks), and sign-off on production.
• Optimize cycle times and material usage while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Perform tool trials, modifications, and collaborate with toolmakers on design improvements.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on industry experience/apprenticeship).
• For Mechanical Roles: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with strong root-cause analysis skills.
• For Moulding Roles: Proven expertise specifically in injection moulding or extrusion blow moulding, or Strong knowledge of polymer behavior is highly desired.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity automated robotics (e.g., 6-axis or Cartesian robots used in part extraction) is a major plus.

• A collaborative mindset—you will be working closely with tooling, quality, and production teams.
• Adaptability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
