Summary
ESG, a leading provider of Security Services across mainland UK, is seeking a professional and motivated Operations Controller & Mobile Patrol Supervisor (dual role) to join our Solihull office. This is a key dual role combining operational support, mobile patrol duties, and supervisory responsibilities.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, well‑presented, and able to work with a high level of trust and responsibility.
SIA Licence Required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Operations Managers with daily operational tasks
* Assist with staff rota management and workforce coordination
* Liaise with clients to maintain service quality and resolve issues promptly
* Conduct mobile patrols using a company vehicle
* Carry out site visits, lock/unlock duties, and welfare checks
* Respond to alarm activations and attend customer premises as required
* Maintain accurate records and produce clear written reports
* Act as a trusted keyholder with responsibility for keys, codes, and secure access
* Uphold ESG’s professional standards at all times.
Requirements:
*Valid SIA Licence (essential).
*Clean UK driving licence with a minimum of 5 years’ driving experience
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*High levels of reliability, integrity, and personal presentation
*Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
*Previous experience in security, mobile patrols, or operations is advantageous
*Working Hours: 30 hours per week or more.
*Full-time: nights and days.
