Full-time – 40 hours per week (2 shifts and 2 supernumerary shifts)
A nursing home in the Leeds area is seeking an experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to support the clinical leadership and day-to-day running of a service caring for adults in nursing/dementia.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager looking to progress into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Registered Nurses and Care Staff
Ensure residents’ medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
Oversee care planning, clinical assessments and risk management
Maintain high standards of clinical governance and nursing practice
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Support staff supervision, training and development
Work with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience
Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager
Strong understanding of clinical governance, care planning and best practice
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team
