We are pleased to announce that we are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our Customer Support team at our Head Office in Lymm, Cheshire. This role would suit an individual who is positive, enthusiastic, and has a can-do attitude!

A Customer Support Administrator at Kids Planet gets:
Competitive salary (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Pension plan

Monday to Friday
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Process all new registrations in a timely manner
Answer parent queries in a timely and professional manner either via email or over the telephone
Deal with potential new customers regarding availability and fees
Be able to pass queries on to the appropriate person if unable to deal with, whilst managing customers’ expectations
Support the nursery reception/admin and management teams with enquiries, bookings, families, system issues, policies and procedures
Speak to parents and nurseries in a professional way
Deal with complaints either in writing or over the telephone in a calm and professional way
Take responsibility for the new registrations/families and deal with queries that may not directly come under your role
The ideal applicant will possess:
Good literacy skills, being able use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation – GCSE C or above desirable
Excellent verbal and communication skills are a must
Good numeracy skills – GCSE C or above desirable
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Attention to detail is essential
