Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate female Care Support Workers to join our domiciliary care team, providing high-quality support to individuals within the B30 area of Birmingham.
MUST BE A DRIVER.
Role Details:
Full-time position
Community-based domiciliary care within the B30 area
Flexible shift patterns available
Day and evening shifts available
Overtime opportunities available
Delivering person-centred care and support in clients’ homes
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence

Requirements:
Minimum 3 months’ experience in a care role
Full UK driving licence – MUST be a driver for this role
Access to a vehicle preferred
Caring, reliable, and professional approach
Willingness to learn and undertake training
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Complex care experience (PEG and Stoma care)
