Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major hotel refurbishment in Watford.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
The Site Manager will play a crucial role in project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
For this role you Must have:
SMSTS,
CSCS card
First aid
Asbestos awareness Certificate
Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress, preparing reports on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily logs and incident reports.
Skills
Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
