Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Forest Gate for two experienced Deputy Nursery Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager in the daily operation of the nursery
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality childcare
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and development
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
- Previous experience in a senior nursery role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
