Job description
We are looking for several of agency SWs whilst we are recruiting
Our service offers a structured and positive working model, where Social Workers undertake duty on a 1 in 8-week rota. During duty weeks, newly allocated cases are progressed up to first hearing, after which they are transferred on for proceedings. This approach enables Social Workers to focus on timely decision-making and effective intervention, while maintaining sustainable caseloads.
Outside of duty weeks, Social Workers have 7 weeks dedicated to working with families, allowing them to:
Complete assessments thoroughly
Ensure children and families access the right level of support and intervention
Safeguard and manage CIN and CP cases effectively
This model supports both quality practice and staff wellbeing, by providing protected time to focus on meaningful work with families.
We offer free parking, free tea and coffee and high level of training from our workforce development team.
