Summary
Regalquaff Liquor Hub Limited is a fast-growing alcohol wholesale, retail, and on-demand delivery business serving Central and Greater London. We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our wholesale, retail, and delivery business.
The Business Support Executive will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative activities, and assisting management in ensuring efficient business performance. Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to management and business teams.
• Maintain accurate business records, reports, and documentation. • Assist with order processing, stock records, supplier documentation, and inventory administration.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, delivery partners, and service providers regarding operational matters.
• Support data entry, record management, and reporting activities.
• Assist with scheduling, business planning, and internal coordination activities.
• Prepare routine business reports and management information.
• Monitor and maintain filing systems, databases, and company records.
• Support compliance, documentation, and operational procedures across the business.
• Assist management with process improvements and day-to-day business support activities.
• Support customer service administration and ensure timely resolution of routine enquiries.
• Assist with wholesale, retail, and delivery administration to support business growth.
