The Role

Working closely with experienced teachers, you'll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop confidence in reading, writing, analysis, and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering targeted literacy interventions
    • Supporting students within English lessons
    • Working with small groups and individual learners
    • Providing academic mentoring and encouragement
    • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
