Summary

Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Worcestershire

Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in Worcestershire who are recruiting a Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare restaurant and bar meals along with celebrations/parties. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence. The role is 45 hours per week , working 5 days from 7 and staff accommdoation is available.

    The Role

      • Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce to 2AA rosette levels
      • Running service in Head Chef's absence
      • Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene
      • Good knowledge of GP & Wasteage controls

      The Person

        • Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 2AA rosette level kitchen
        • Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
        • Capable and able to work unsupervised
