The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Controller to join the Repairs and Maintenance service where you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Taking incoming phone calls
· Ensure accurate information is received from operatives (including sub-contractors) regarding requirement for additional trades / materials following repairs diagnosis
· Ensure all of the above is placed on the IT system and the IT system remains fit for purpose
· Build ongoing relationships with team members, operatives to create a positive working environment
· Ensure all operatives are aware of any ‘system or Health and Safety flags’ and relevant Asbestos Information prior to accessing a property
About You:
· Must be flexible and ableto work as part of a team
· Excellent Customer service in all situations
· Willing to adapt and a flexible approach
· Good IT Skills Effective and consistent use of all communication tools available (phone, computer, face to face meetings
· Ability to take initiative in varying and demanding circumstances
