Summary
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, negotiating contracts and promoting company services.
* Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Manage customer accounts, monitor sales performance, and provide reports to senior management.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
* Represent the company at meetings and industry events, while supporting and training junior sales staff.
