Contracted Hours per week 40
• Working Days: 5 Days – Monday – Friday (some weekend work available)
• Working Hours: 7am – 3pm (flexible)
• Contract type: Permanent
Key responsibilities
•Receive incoming goods and check deliveries against orders and report any damages or shortage
•Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for customer orders or site deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safe packaging.
•Maintain accurate stock levels using stock systems or manual logs.
•Store materials safely, ensuring correct handling to avoid damage and efficient warehouse layout.
•Select and allocate correct materials for installations or distribution, ensuring orders are complete and ready on time.
•Assist with ordering stock, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring low stock levels to ensure continuous supply.
•Complete goods-in/out records, delivery notes, and update stock systems accurately.
•Follow manual handling procedures, and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse.
•Renewable energy knowledge – desirable.
Skills required
•Full UK driving licence for deliveries and collections
•Excellent attention to detail when checking goods in and out
•Good organisational skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Good communication skills when liaising with team members and suppliers
•Experience in goods-in and goods-out processes
•Knowledge of stock control and inventory management
•Ability to work as part of a team and independently
•Good manual handling and physical fitness for lifting and moving goods
