Summary

We're looking for a Logistics Team Administrator to join our KierBAM team based in Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard.

Location: Plymouth - Devonport Royal DockyardHours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required. Please note that this process can take up to 8 weeks. Eligibility criteria: Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. We're seeking an experienced Logistics Team Administrator to join our collaborative team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Logistics Team Administrator, you'll be working within the Logistics team, supporting them in maintaining operational readiness and compliance across the project. Your day to day will include:

-Overseeing the administration and maintenance of the project's Datascope platform, ensuring data accuracy and validating supplier information

-Updating and managing client lookahead schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure clear visibility of project milestones

-Administering driver documentation and access passes, maintaining accurate logs and ensuring compliance with site-access standards

-Organising and maintaining structured filing systems within ProjectWise, keeping documentation categorised and audit-ready

-Managing shared team email inboxes, triaging correspondence and distributing actions efficiently across the project team

What are we looking for?

This role of Logistics Team Administrator is great for you if:

-You have thorough knowledge of logistics and administrative procedures and working methods

-You can communicate effectively and confidently with people at all levels

-You're comfortable using Microsoft Office software to compile and present information in varied formats

-You hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

-You're able to complete BPSS security clearance (please note this process can take up to 8 weeks)
