Summary

We're looking for a Cleaner to join our team based in Hillyfield School.

Location: Hillyfield School, LondonHours: 12.5 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join our Facilities Management team at Hillyfield School, where you'll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and pupils. Working morning or afternoon shifts across 12.5 hours per week, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding cleaning standards in an educational setting.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cleaner, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school. Your day-to-day will include:

-Cleaning and sanitising all areas including classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal spaces

-Vacuuming carpeted areas and wet mopping hard floors to maintain spotless surfaces

-Emptying waste receptacles, replacing bin bags and ensuring correct waste disposal

-Replenishing consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls and hand towels

-Following COSHH guidelines and health and safety procedures at all times

What are we looking for?

This role of Cleaner is great for you if:

-You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office or commercial building

-You understand health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment

-You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

-You can work independently whilst being a reliable team member

-You're organised and able to follow cleaning schedules effectively
