A highly respected, forward-thinking GP group is recruiting a 4-session Salaried GP to join its established team. This is a list-holding role within a well-supported model designed to prioritise continuity of care, manageable workload, and clinician wellbeing.
The Role
4 sessions per week
Personal list-based system
Minimum 15-minute appointments
Triage model ensuring appropriate case allocation
Clinical supervision and mentorship included
The Practice
CQC Outstanding
Large, stable partnership model (12 Partners)
Strong QOF performance
Accredited training practice with GP trainers
Structured CPD and weekly education sessions
Support Structure
Dedicated triage team reducing GP workload
Clinical pharmacists and FCPs embedded
