Summary
A friendly, neurodivergent lady is looking for a reliable and supportive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide 10 hours of support per week.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, patient, and encouraging. The successful candidate will help with planning and organising daily tasks and to-do lists, while providing gentle motivation and accountability to support the lady in achieving her goals and maintaining a positive routine.
About the Role -
The successful candidate will provide social and practical support, including:
Accompanying and supporting with arts, crafts, and creative hobbies.
Visiting local garden centres, cafés.
Encouraging and supporting access to a spa and gym facility using an existing gym pass, which will be provided to the right PA.
Providing gentle motivation and encouragement to help organise daily tasks, appointments, and to-do lists.
Offering companionship and helping to maintain a positive routine.
Please note that no personal care is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will be:
Reliable, patient, and understanding
Motivational, proactive, and encouraging
Able to provide gentle prompts and support with organisation
Friendly and happy to share interests and hobbies
Respectful of individual needs and preferences
An understanding of neurodivergence would be beneficial; however, personal qualities, character, reliability, and patience are considered more important than previous experience.
A driver would be preferred but is not essential, as the employer is able to drive and has access to her own vehicle.
