If youre passionate about delivering exceptional care and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, wed love to hear from you.ABOUT THE ROLE As a Regional Support Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvementABOUT YOU Youll embody our values caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do.
