This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the Trust’s patient flow and discharge agenda. We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking nurse leader who brings strong negotiating and influencing skills, alongside the ability to thrive within a large, complex organisation. The successful candidate will support and lead the delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient flow and discharge processes across LTHT. Why you should join our Team You will provide highly visible, credible clinical leadership and demonstrate a proven track record in: · Operational and business planning · Budgetary and resource management · Leading and delivering change · Influencing and engaging multidisciplinary teams Working collaboratively with internal teams and cross-city partners, you will play a critical role in facilitating safe and timely patient discharge, improving patient experience, and supporting system-wide flow.
