What you will bring to the role The postholder will Be responsible for the training and assessment of Pharmacy Support Workers Higher Level, and Assistant Practitioners to maximise efficiency, resilience and effectiveness. Required to identify opportunities for service development, and work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to ensure high quality service can be maintained. Prioritise workload, coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues after analysis. Act as a professional role model and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support the Specialist Pharmacy Technician with absence management and HR processes for the homecare hub team.
