Summary
The post is responsible for providing professional expertise to the business processes within AACCC. The post holder will be responsible for deputising for theDirector of NursingAACCCon clinical matterswhen requested. This is a challenging post that will require dynamic leadership and excellent communication skills and requires proven capacity to work in a multi-disciplinary way at strategic and operational levels. Working as part of the senior management team, the postholder will have the ability to engage with key stakeholders and demonstrable competencies in leading a team thatdeliversa quality service. The post holder will lead on the production of reports and analysisof theabove functionswhich will provide timely, responsive and accurate business intelligence against key objectives and priorities. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring theirprofessional registration andmandatory training is uptodate. Management of the end-to-end service delivery for AACC from referral into the service, assessment of need, business administration, Invoicing, data analysis, appeals and dispute management working closely with local authority partners, patients and families.
