Permanent Position
Shifts:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 4:45pm
1 in every 2 Saturdays: 6:00am – 11:00am

Smart Solutions are recruiting a Class 2 Skip Driver on behalf of a well-established and growing independent waste management company based in Wolverhampton.
Whether you're an experienced Skip Driver or an HGV Class 2 Driver looking to learn a new skill, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with long-term job security, a dedicated vehicle and full training provided.
No previous skip experience is required – full training will be given.

The Role
Safely operate a Class 2 skip vehicle
Deliver and collect skips from commercial and domestic customers
Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Complete all required paperwork accurately
Deliver excellent customer service
Follow all transport, health and safety and company procedures
Requirements
Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience (insurance requirement)
Valid Driver CPC
Digital Tachograph Card
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Reliable and professional approach
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
