Summary
We are looking for a children's outreach support worker for a 16 year old boy with a Down Syndrome for 4 hours per week for evenings to assist to clubs, weekends and school holidays.
Expected Hours: 16 hours per month in total
(1 over night stay 10pm – 8am = 10 hours with additional wraparound care for 6 hours 6pm – 10am)
Driving license required.
The successful candidate will be subject to provide an enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the employer.
