Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
Load and unload furniture and mobility equipment, ensuring proper handling.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management when needed.
Ensure the security of goods during transit.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
Valid driving license suitable for commercial vehicles.
Experience in basic mechanical repairs
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy items safely.
Experience with warehouse operations/mechanical engineering
Good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of local delivery routes within the UK.
