Summary
Junior Brand Designer
Location: North West London (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £28-£30k
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Brand Designer to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years' experience who is looking to develop their career across branding, digital, print and motion design.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of creative work across a range of channels, helping to bring campaigns, promotions and brand activity to life. Working closely with senior creatives, you'll contribute to projects from concept through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging design assets for print, digital and in-store marketing.
Support branding and logo development projects.
Produce creative content for websites, email marketing and social media.
Create and edit motion graphics for digital campaigns.
Ensure all work is accurate, on-brand and delivered to a high standard.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
About You
1–2 years' experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital and print design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
Desirable
Motion graphics and animation experience.
Print production knowledge.
Experience creating logos and brand identities.
Retail, FMCG or food sector experience.
Campaign or event design experience.
