Our Rush Court Home is an elegant, Queen Anne style house standing in its own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford. Its 47 en suite rooms offer outstanding levels of residential and nursing care and a warm welcome for all.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse for the provision of nursing care for all residents and for maintaining a homely, supportive and stimulating enviroment to improve or sustain the residents quality of life.
What You'll Do
Complete and contribute to nursing assessments and person‑centred care plans, ensuring safe medicines management in line with NMC standards.
Deliver holistic, high‑quality care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and mental health needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure care environment, following infection control, health & safety, safeguarding, and security procedures.
Work in accordance with the NMC Code, maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents, risks, concerns, or complaints appropriately.
Lead, support, and supervise care staff, contributing to training and development, and working closely with the management team in meetings and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (adult) with active pin.
Experience working with care home environment is desirable.
Computer Literate and excellent inter-personal skills
In good physical and mental health in order to meet the requirements of the role
