Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager – Maidenhead

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager to lead a small elderly care home in Maidenhead.

This role is ideal for an experienced Care Home Manager or Nursing Home Manager, as well as a Deputy Manager looking to step up into their first Registered Manager role.

Key Duties

• Manage a residential / nursing home for elderly residents
  
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and inspection standards
  
• Lead, supervise, and develop care staff
  
• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
  
• Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels
  
• Maintain and improve CQC ratings
  Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in an elderly care home or nursing home setting
    
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Nursing Home Manager, or Deputy Manager
    
  • Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and governance
    
  • Nurse-qualified (RGN) or non-nurse candidates welcome
    
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
