Are you a Clinical Homecare Manager or Domiciliary & Complex Care Manager ready to lead a high-quality nursing care at home service? We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home across High Wycombe and Buckinghamshire.

As the Clinical Homecare Manager, you will take ownership of a specialist service supporting:

• Elderly individuals wishing to remain independent
  
• People with complex care needs, including spinal cord injuries and bowel management
  

  You will lead a dedicated team, ensure the highest standards of domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home, and drive operational excellence while providing clinical leadership across all services.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home services as a Clinical Homecare Manager
      
    • Provide clinical oversight for complex care packages
      
    • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
      
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
      
    • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
      
    • Drive continuous improvement across all nursing care at home services
      About You
      • Registered Nurse (RGN or equivalent) – essential
        
      • Experience in domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home
        
      • Strong understanding of complex care needs including spinal cord injury and bowel management
        
      • Proven leadership or management experience as a Clinical Homecare Manager or Domiciliary & Complex Care Manager
        
      • Full UK driving licence – essential
        
      • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care at home
