Care Home Manager (Nurse or Non-Nurse)
Wolverhampton
Salary: £65,000 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in Wolverhampton, set within a beautiful estate. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Nurse Qualified or Non-Nurse Manager looking to join a supportive organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) services, as there is an opportunity to further develop the home's ABI offering depending on the successful candidate's background and expertise.

• Continued investment in staffing levels, including the recruitment of an additional night nurse to ensure two nurses are on duty overnight.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide effective leadership and overall management of the home.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Lead, support, and develop the staff team.
• Maintain excellent resident care and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and service development.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience managing a care home or healthcare service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Sound understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience within ABI services would be highly desirable.
• Nurse qualification advantageous but not essential.
