Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our busy dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice, ensuring efficient office procedures, excellent patient service, and effective support for the clinical and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily administrative functions of the dental practice.
Supervise and support reception and administrative staff.
Coordinate appointment scheduling systems and patient communications.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
Monitor office procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Handle correspondence, reports, and practice documentation.
Assist with staff rota management, leave records, and onboarding administration.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Monitor stock levels and arrange ordering of office supplies and non-clinical equipment.
Support the Practice Manager and Directors with administrative and operational tasks.
Manage invoicing, payments, and basic financial administration as required.
Respond to patient enquiries and resolve administrative issues professionally and efficiently.
