The role involves ensuring high cleaning standards on the ward, including maintaining cleaning logs and cleaning various equipment and areas as per policy. It also includes assisting patients during mealtimes, preparing snacks, and ensuring food safety. The candidate will monitor service delivery, report deficiencies, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of various ward areas. Additionally, the role requires welcoming visitors, transporting equipment, escorting patients, and maintaining effective communication while adhering to confidentiality and health and safety policies. The candidate will ensure patients have adequate supplies and the ward is well-stocked to meet patient and staff needs. Please refer to attached Job description for further information.
