Summary

We are looking for someone to join our Operations Team as an Operations Assistant.
The Operations Assistant is a key role at Emmaus Cambridge working alongside companions to support their development within the social enterprise. No two days are the same, one day can be sorting through donations, serving customers, collecting/ delivering donations and the next you might be undertaking a house clearance, driving vehicles or drafting upcoming rotas.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a retail, logistics, warehouse or related environment in either a paid or voluntary role. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others, whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You must hold a driving license which permits you to drive 3.5 tonne vehicles (verification checks will be undertaken before interviews).
