Summary


As a Transformation Project Manager, you will work at the heart of the organisation, aligned toone of our four Trust divisions, partnering with clinicians, managers and corporate teams to deliver high‑impact change.

You will lead and support a portfolio of transformation and improvement work, including:
• Driving delivery of the Divisional Cost Improvement Programme, working closely with Finance and operational leaders
• Identifying and delivering innovative improvement projectsthat improve quality, safety, productivity, and patient experience
• Embedding continuous improvement capability, helping teams build the skills and confidence to improve how care is delivered every day

You’ll work across hospital and community settings, with exposure to senior clinical leaders and executives, and the opportunity to influence decisions that genuinely matter.

What you’ll be doing

In this fast‑paced and varied role, you will:
• Spot opportunities for improvement using data, benchmarking and best practice
• Turn ideas into deliverable projects with clear plans, risks, benefits and governance
• Work alongside clinical and operational teams to map pathways, test change and deliver sustainable results
• Facilitate workshops, pathway mapping sessions and improvement events
