We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic and professional team at our Head Office in Diss.
Role Details:
Location: To be based at our Head Office – CVS House, Owen Road, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4ER
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, working 13.30 – 17.30, with the flexibility to cover annual leave, absence and busy periods

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome Visitors: Provide a friendly, professional first impression
Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming post and parcels across our three support office buildings
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues
Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate all aspects of meeting room management, from booking to turnover, ensuring a clean and functional environment for participants
Communications: Answer calls and manage general enquiries professionally
Email Management: Monitor central inboxes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Administrative Support: Maintain electronic files and assist other departments as needed
Inventory Management: Ensure adequate supplies are available for colleagues
Record Keeping: Assist with the management and storage of files and records
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:
Recent experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly and approachable, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
Strong administrative capabilities and time management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to multi-task and be both proactive and reactive
