What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing targeted 1:1 and small group mentoring to students
• Delivering evidence-informed interventions to support positive behaviour
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and leadership to maximise student outcomes
• Acting as a key pastoral figure, building trust and rapport across all year groups
• Tracking and reporting on progress to ensure measurable improvement
• Leading restorative conversations that rebuild self-confidence and resolve issues
• Helping shape a genuinely inclusive, respectful, high-expectation learning environment
