The Role
You'll be working across customer sites throughout England and Wales, carrying out:
• Installation and commissioning of automatic door systems
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Safety inspections and compliance checks
• Customer support and technical advice
• Accurate reporting and service documentation
You'll be trusted to manage your workload independently while receiving full support from an experienced and knowledgeable team.
What We're Looking For
Essential
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automatic Door Engineer
• BS EN16005 and BS7036 qualified
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS Card
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Desirable
• Experience with Record, Geze, Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, KONE or Label systems
• 18th Edition qualification
• SPA Forecourt qualification
• Experience with access control systems, panic hardware, locks, floor springs and door closers
