Summary
Greeting and assisting patients Managing telephone enquiries and appointments Processing prescriptions and clinical correspondence Maintaining accurate patient records Electronically registering patients Compose, print, mail and scan correspondence Completing administrative tasks set by clinicians and management Opening and closing the practice when required General administrative and clerical duties Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Good IT and administrative skills Confidence using computer systems and working electronically Flexibility to work across both practice sites The successful candidate must be a good team player whilst also being able to work independently and use their own initiative Ability to work professionally at all times
