Summary
Essential criteria the applicant must meet to apply for the role: Able to identify the strategic priorities and conduct needs assessments for education and training and develop a plan to meet the business objectives of the GEP relating to genomics education and training. Experience of delivering a range of education and training programmes to a variety of stakeholders including academic audiences. Experienced in assessing instructional effectiveness and summarising evaluation reports determining the impact of education and training on recipients skills and knowledge. Use of accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques. Experienced in creating and developing strong networks and appropriate partnerships across a range of internal and external stakeholders and promote the viability and reputation of the GEP.
