Your Role as Nursing Home Manager:
Oversee the day-to-day running of a luxury nursing home
Drive occupancy and maintain strong commercial performance
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Deliver outstanding, person-centred care
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
Active NMC Pin
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing occupancy
History of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Stable career history with strong tenure
Clinical qualification (desirable but not essential)
